In this workshop, we will focus on qualitative meta-synthesis by presenting a six-step approach for conducting this type of systematic review and sharing our procedures and results from our own studies. The careful definition of key constructs is critical for deciding whether a primary study qualifies for the synthesis. Qualitative metasynthesis is an intentional and coherent approach to analyzing data across qualitative studies.
